Terms and Conditions
30 Days Prior -Once a credit card transaction has been processed, your reservation is considered confirmed and cancellation can only be made according to the following terms: In order to have any monies returned, a cancellation must be made at least 30 days prior to your check in date.
Less than 30 Days Prior -With less than 30 days notice, [except on major holidays, the month of July, or the month of August] you will owe one-half of your total payment, unless another guest can be secured for your time frame. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice for major holidays, the month of July and the month of August, will forfeit all funds.
In any event, a minimum $75 cancellation fee is due. Management is not responsible for late arrivals or early departures. The processing fee is non-refundable.
Unless indicated on our website and agreed to when you make your reservation, pets are not accepted at the property without prior permission. When a pet is permitted, all evidence of pet occupation must be removed from the property and grounds at the end of the rental period. Pets are not permitted on any item of furniture, including beds, and evidence of pet hair on furniture and bedding may incur additional charges. Bringing a pet without approval may result in forfeiture of rent payment and request to vacate.
Deschutes County has occupancy ordinances (5.12.020) designed to keep Eagle Crest Resort the place you'd like to come back to. It is designed not to overtax the water, sewage, roads, and other systems required to maintain a smooth flowing environment. The maximum overnight occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom or sleeping loft plus 2 additional persons. Violation of the maximum overnight occupancy ordinance is a class B infraction and subjects each occupant to a maximum fine of $100. Exceeding the maximum number of occupants will result in immediate eviction without refund.
I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Marr Management, its agents and employees, and the owner of the subject property against any and all claims for any personal injury or accident that may occur during the term of my rental agreement. I agree to follow all policies, procedures and rules in place by Marr Management and by Eagle Crest Resort. I agree to maintain a high degree of safety and caution during occupancy. In the event damages are caused by me or my guests, I agree to immediately pay for any and all losses plus any court costs or legal fees incurred in the collection of such losses.
Check In Procedure
Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent with information. If your rental unit has a lock box, that information will be in the email. If not, please adhere to these instructions:
During Business Hours: The keys will be available for pick up at our office which is located in downtown Redmond.
After Hours: If your check in date falls on a weekend or if your check in time is after 5 pm on a weeknight, please ask about our after hours lockbox.

Secure Your Door ~ when you are in your unit be sure to use the deadbolt. Discreetly look out before opening your door. Call us if you have any questions as to who is outside your door.
Protect Valuables ~ keep valuables out of sight or with you to ensure they are safe. Consider leaving your valuables at home.
Conserve Energy ~ please help us conserve energy and resources by making sure all lights, small appliances and faucets are turned off when not in use.
Parking ~ management is not responsible for damaged or stolen vehicles. Please be sure your car is secured at all times and that valuables are removed from sight.
Let Us Know ~ if you find anything unacceptable with the condition of your unit. Simply call us and we will resolve your concerns immediately - we want you to thoroughly enjoy your stay.
